Director loan issue

Post by Hiuk7777 » Mon Dec 12, 2016 9:50 pm

The director loan amount in my annual report is less than my bank statement.

It means the director loan amount in my annual report is £ 67000, but my bank statement shows £76550.

Is this ok?

Thanks

i think annual report should show that exact amount transferred to business bank account as DL so cannot understand why this is.. May you can check with your accountant just to make sure any error or omission. May be senior members can help you in this regards

For which year is this, why dont you ask the accountant to amend the accounts. Also as long as your have done minimum 50k there has to be no issue

As long as its 50K then you are fine. If in doubt ask your accountant to amend the accounts.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

For the first year.

Because when I query with my agency, they told me I only need should I have invested more than 50K. The rest all fine.

I agree with other members but just for sanctification you should check this with your accountant. As far as i know that money transfer from personal bank account to business account is DL so exact same amount is reflected in annual accounts as DL. So you should know the reason for this difference between both :?:

hi
I think it should be okay, if the accountant has explained in the notes. I have similar situation, which was adjusted with directors' salary.
