Reconsideration request delayed now for 3yrs by home office

Hello everyone,

I applied for tier4 general student visa back in june 2011 it was hold up as my college license got revoked then later suspended in may 2012.i wrote to home office and they send me all my documents and gave me 60 days to apply thru new college or put a fresh application in any other category.

So i decided i would go for unmarried partner as my gf is a british citizen i put the application in time in july 2012 for unmarried partner they replied affer 1yr in april 2013 refusing my visa giving me no appeal the reason was the caseworker considered me illegal between 2011-2012.

He didnt check it properly that i have applied for student visa i have recived acknowledgement letter and done biometric in the same year so he did made a mistake now because it was no appeal i have to go under reconsiderTion which i did in april 2013 later that year after my solicitor send pre action protocal letter they replied in jan 2014 saying they have send my case to a senior caseworker for it to be reconsidered.
Now its december 2016 almost jan 2017 i havent received any response i really dont know what to do for them to give me reply its been 3 yrs now how long does it take to reply for homeoffice more frustating thing it was not even my fault it was the caseworker who took this silly decision why should i suffer for his mistake this jan i will complte 12 yrs in this country i cant even apply for ilr until they give me reply are they doing this knowlingly cause i am so depressed now.

I really dont know what to do please guys i need someone to help out to get me out of this i need ur advice its been 3 yrs now my relationship its in danger my gf can break up with me as i cant support her anymore cause they dont gave me any right to work i am really stresses please help me anyone any advice plz

You could try to invoke support of your MP to enquire into this matter.

I did got my local mp to chase up my case he send an email about 5 months ago he didnt got any response what else i should do when i ask him he said they havent replied yet i really dont know what to do
