English Language for Dependent

Dear Members,

I am due for ILR through Entrepreneur route soon. Just wondering for my wife, who did her IELTS back in 2011 for her initial application as my dependent. She is also qualified as master of science from a reputable university in Pakistan which would definitely be on or above bachelor degree equivalency in UK. Ofcourse, medium of instruction was English.

Could someone please confirm that would she still needs to go through the a fresh ENGLIGH TEST again ?

Any answer with a reference will highly be appreciated.
