Professional referee query

Hi All,

Happy New Year to all the forum members.

I am now eligible to apply for British Citizenship (5 Years T1G + 1 Year ILR).

I was reviewing the AN1 form this morning and realised that I need a professional referee.

I work in a bank's IT department. Please can someone clarify who is considered as Bank Official?

My manager is a Bank's full time employee and is titled as 'Project Manager'. Can he be considered as a Bank Official? Can I use him for Professional referee?
