Has your employer reported your termination to UKVI? If yes, then you will have to apply for visa again and your employer will have to do proper RLMT again (unless the job on shortage occupation) before allocating COS to you.

If your employer has not reported your job termination to UKVI, then technically you can join them back without applying for new visa but there will be compliance problem as whenever UKVI visits your employer, they will certainly ask that why this migrant was without pay for this duration and this can lead to revocation of their license which will consequently affect your visa as well.
