is thr any Requirement for compshares in law T1 Extension

my question may be broken but i will explain it here(visa extenstion due in sep 2017)

my company was registered back in 2011 march i am sole director, sole secretary, sole share holder, at the time of registration the amount that i invested in shares was just gbp 1 which is still the same till today in company house record but

i made following DL in 2015

1. is that a point of concern or we can amend that when i file accounts for 2016/2017 (till today total investment stands at 196k

2. i have not made any DL agreement yet can i do that at the end june 2017

3. what is my best option for futures account filing.

4. how exactly should DL be mentioned in Filling accounts as in accounts 2015/16 it doesn't show as DL
