Tier 2 extension. 39 or 40 hours on COS?

Hi,
I will be soon extending my Tier 2 VISA.
While assinging COS, where it says Total weekly hours of work, is it 40 or 39?
On my previous COS, it says 40 hours at £23,000.

@iworker. Yes, I am aware of that.
Just wanted to know what is the requiremet. Or it does not matter as long as I am paid an experienced rate?

Dear friend,
HO requirement and salary threshold is for 39 WEEKLY WORKING HOURS. Be very careful. It changed in 2014.
