ILR For Dependents

Post by Hadi35 » Sun Jan 15, 2017 8:13 am

Hi I gave got ILR last year as Tier 1 General applicant. I have four dependents (wife & three sons). My youngest son was born in UK in 2015 so I have applied for his UK passport using MN1 form. So no issue for him.
My other three dependents (wife & two sons) they were entered in UK in March 2012 so they are eligible for ILR now. My question is which form I need to use for their ILR (I assume SET O?) Do I need three different form for them or just one form for all three.
Looking forward to hear from some one soon

One SET(O) for all three.

Your child under 18 can apply on your application form if they’re eligible.

Hi Thanks a lot for your response. I need bit more clarification.
I am not applying as I already got ILR. My three dependent (my wife and two sons) who are applying. Do you think they can apply on same form.
That form SET O says Main applicant + two dependent (but in my case all three are dependent). Please clear my doubt if possible

Wife is main applicant, children dependents on the FORM!! Set(O) is correct.
