What can we do to make the appeal hearing successful?

My husband's appeal hearing is 2 months away - can anyone give us tips on what we can do to ensure we win the appeal and he gets his visa?
Any hints and advice would be great thanks.
Also, would anyone know if in general do most people win appeals or lose them? and what can we expect at the hearing? Will there be questions, and if so what kind of questions?

Yeap , what kind of appeal is ur husband having ? if it is immigration appeal is better to get a good laywer .

every case is different, my husband won his but I have read that some people do lose their appeals.
