Tier2 general visa extension refused - no points for Salary

I am in now in a similar situation where I was thinking if i applied for just an extra year then it will still be new entrant rate. Please let me know what the outcome of your situation was? Was the ukvi in the wrong? or did you actually have to have the experienced rate salary?

Hi friend, what is outcome now, have you got new visa, did u make a new application using new SOC code, did you get new COS from your company,
please reply as I have similar situation here
