Spouse visa accomodation problem

Can any one guide me, i am on HSMP in UK, got a 3 double bedroom house. This accomdation is shared by my brother, me and one of our friend. there are 3 persons name on the tenancy agreement. Will it be problem if i apply for my spouse visa on this accomadation.? or immigration officer can create problem on this? Keeping in mind that there are 3 house, 1 box room, 1 Spam, 1 toliet/bathroom. Please guide me also, what other documents i need to bring in my wife here in UK.
1. I beleive wage slip
2. Bank statement
3. Accomdation ?

It shouldn`t be a problem as far as the visa is concerned..you might want to double check with your housemates though :wink:

Yes, this is a temporary arrangement at the moment. But someone told me that 3 names on the agreement may create problem, that is why i am asking people. Can you please confirm once again.
its a 3 bedroom house (no box room sorry) .3 name on the tenant

Yes, i have told the property dealer and dealer has acknowledged landlord about the agreement. I have a tenancy agreement with me, with the bedroom/house details. Do i need to have any other document. And how i can show that the place is not overcrowded. Do i need to have another letter from the property dealer or what?
