Travel Date and Work Start Date

Hi Team,

I got entry visa for tier 2 which has validity starting from March 22 to April 21.
My COS has work start date as March 15th and I had mentioned March 29th as intended travel date in application.
My query is: can i travel on any date between March 22 to April 21 as mentioned in entry visa or I need to travel no later than 14 days after start date of COS(as mentioned in UK Tier 2 guideline document)
