Diploma UK University English language requirements???

Post by egoneo » Thu Feb 02, 2017 9:16 am

Hi,

I have a Medical Diploma from a U.k University which required 2 years of study. Is this sufficient to meet the English language requirements for spouse visa? Thanks

What is the exact name of the diploma?

Usually only UK degrees are accepted.

Is it a post-graduate qualification?
Was the prerequisite for entry an undergraduate degree?

No Just ALevels. It's part of a larger medical degree, i.e you do the medical sciences diploma which will qualify you to do the medical degree. The medical degree finishes next year June. Would it be sufficient to get the university to confirm that it was taught in english?

No, because the prerequisite was not a degree.
