Am struggling to fill up my extension application form and came across following few things that needs to be fill in but I have literally no idea from where to get these information

1- Home Office Reference number.....????
2- Points Based System Reference number.....????

Please help me find these information. Thanks

You can find HO reference on the initial application approval letter you received with you passports and docs (If you had applied in the UK)

Points based System reference number is your BRP Number

You do not need to fill these if you have none!

If you have a pending application

2- Points Based System Reference number.....????

This is usually BRP number of your team member

In the application form, the ask: if you have BRP or NOT, if you have then you complete the other questions below that question , if you do not have the go to part D
I do not have BRP, I have just visa on passport. The question is: shall I leave those boxes and go to part D.
