Naturalization/British Citizenship/FLR (M)

Post by madhav.dadi » Fri Feb 17, 2017 10:06 am

Hi,

I have got a settlement visa in 2016 and my wife has got a FLR(M) dependent visa since then until August/2018. I am now going to apply for the Naturalization next week so does my wife needs to apply for the new visa as soon as I get my British passport or she can stay in UK with the same visa that she has got at the moment FLR(M)?. Please let me know asap.

Thanks,
Madi

It is the same visa for your spouse, whether you are on ILR or are BC.
