I missed the point in the guidance notes about not accepting Masters for the English requirement. I am wondering if it's worth the effort to appeal on the grounds of "common sense"? Since the combination of my nationality (Australian), Masters degree taught in English and existing UK experience would clearly demonstrate that I am fluent in English.
As I understand it, unless it was their oversight in the documentation that I provided, they are probably going to come about the same conclusion?
