UK workpermit sponsor

I am a senior software developer with 6 years of extensive experience in Microsoft Technologies. (.Net, C#, ASP.Net, Windows Forms, xml Web services, SQL Server etc)

I am working in UK for last 2 years on sponsored work permit as an employee of a very good company. My current client is govt of uk.
As project is finishing, I need another work permit sponsor company.

if anybody knows a good company which can sponsor my work permit. Please let me know.
I have good experience in microsoft technologies.

S..It is.Though I am also analysing the possibilities of HSMP I found an agency in the UK which is ready to sposor a WP on on offer.But most of the companies in UK need WP/HSMP if they have to consider a person for employment..It is a complete deadlock situation
