Second job on Tier 2 general visa

Hi Members,

Could you please let me know if it is allowed to take up a second job up to 20 weeks on same occupation but the job is NOT in short occupation list?

Yes, allowed if its in same SOC code.

One more question - but this employer does not have sponsorship licence? Is that going to be a problem?
