Change of Employment Salary Requirement (Urgent)

Hi All,

I am going to change my employment from 2136(Software Engineer) to 2137(Web Development) to a new employer. What would be the salary requirement. Does it have to be according to SOC code (23,470 or above) for an experienced worker or according to the new rules (30,000) which are going to implement in April?

I have asked one solicitor he said according to SOC code which is 23,470 because its a change of employment.

Hi,

If you apply before April, then you will have to be on at least £25000 for SOC 2137 for a 39 hours a week.

If you apply in or After April then you will have to earn at least £30000 for SOC 2137 for 39 hours a week.
