Minimum Salary Threshold for INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN (IL

Post by adave0026 » Thu Feb 23, 2017 11:44 am

My Tier 2 General - CoS was approved last year in the month of Feb 2016 at £33,000 Annual Salary

In order to quality for INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN (ILR) after 5 Years:

1) Do I need to maintain a minimum salary threshold every year or at the time of INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN (ILR) application?

2) Also does Bonus qualifies towards the IRL threshold requirement?

Kind Regards,

1) You only need to maintain the threshold for ILR at the time of ILR application. Even if you meet the threshold even a month before ILR application you should be fine.
2) Bonus can qualify towards ILR if they are guaranteed bonuses. Ad hoc bonuses do not count towards ILR pay threshold.
