Salary query for spouse visa

Post by roxyali3005 » Mon Feb 27, 2017 5:29 am

I work for the nhs annual salary 16800.

My base is 1400 per month. I work 12 hour shifts day n night so i get paid unsocial hours on top of base. 2 nights and 1 sat and sun a month will be extra 250 a month for example.

My past 6 months payslips have all been 1550 +

Will this be ok to apply?

HO don't care the pattern of working hours rather only concern with whether the required threshold met. If you are on fixed wages then the lower wages during the last 6 months will be used to calculate the annual wages. But if your wages vary each month then the average of last 6 months will be used like (total of 6 months wages/6×12).
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
