Protector stamp - Pakistanis in UK on HSMP - please comment

A message from a member - jd - on the board has indicated that pakistanis getting hsmp visa should also get protector stamp on their visa. I have seen the website of Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment Pakistan. I believe such a stamp is required for people going abroad on work visa. But hsmp is different.

I would request the Pakistanis who have landed in the UK recently on hsmp to please comment whether jd's information is correct. Other knowledgeable members are also requested to guide.
