FLR (M) Premium Service

Post by joshboy » Tue Feb 28, 2017 2:05 pm

Hi all,

Question regarding the premium service and applying for FLR (M)

My wife's 2.5year UK spouse visa expires in May 2017, and we are in the process of applying for FLR (M) at the moment, my question is should we use this service if she has previous history of overstaying. She's originally from Malawi.

Timeline below:

Came to UK: 2002 Student visa
Visa expired: 2003 Aug
Met me: 2011 Aug
applied FLR (O): May 2012 refused
Married: 2013 June
Applied FLR (FP): Aug 2013 refused
Returned Home & applied for UK spouse: March 2014
UK spouse visa received Aug 2014, returned back to UK Sept 2014.

Since she has been back we are good with all the requirements needed, but don't want to waste £500.00 if the postal option will take the same time to get a decision.
