Hourly Job Confusion...

Hi friends..

I reading threads and now I am confused that I ahev created 2 full time jobs.

1 job has been created full time for 30 hours per week, and 130 hours per month
2 job has been created full time for 162.50 hours per month.

I am confused that more than 130 hours per week is ok?

Of course Only you cannot claim anything more than 30 hours per week, like saying my employee worked 60 hours a week and therefore that amounts to two full time jobs

If you have total of 24 months of full time employment you are fine

But my visa granyted in aug 2014 and i have to show two full time employed seprate. I spoke with my acountant and he is saying that if one employe working more hours then no issue. I was reading policy guidance and there is mention that ~ we accpet 30 hours per week full time~ but there is nothing is written that more then we will not accept. so its a big confusion please guide me

One job which is 30 hours per week and 130 hours per month has been created for around 18 months and Job 2 which is 40 hgours per week and 160.5 hours per months has been created around 13 months. both jobs has been completed and both person is not with us anymore..

Two positions min 30 hours a week each, for at least 12 months. SO YOU ARE OK

As zimba pointed out - you need 24 months full time employment , if you are post april 2014 then you need two jobs and by looking at your hours and number of months, you fulfill the requirements.

So, there should be no problem - unless i am missing anything.

Not sure why you are worrying about more hours!!!!!

I am worry because I was reading threads on here that one guy ext application has been refused due to working hours more then 160 hours per month...

but anyway everything has been cleard by zimba88..
