FLR(M) Director employment letter

Hi All
got few doubts. pls help with the following

I am on ILR and applying for spouse visa for my wife who is on tier 1 entrepreneur spouse visa expiry in may 4

1. she took english language A2 at trinity college and passed. Is that alright to meet the language requirements

2. I am a director for my ltd company currently drawing wages and dividends as an employee. How i need to get a letter of employment and contract for myself. any templates could be helpful. Please advise

who will be signing conforming my employement on my emplyment letter? please advise

my company tx deadline is july 2016. i got accounts only from last year july
