Hi! I'm gonna make re-entry visa by post. What documents I need and where i can get the application form. How long time it takes? I can' t come in Dublin to apply in person because I am from Cahir Co. Tipperary and I have a little baby. Thank you.

Yes is the best way but there is writing that it can takes within 8 weeks...

INIS updates their re-entry processing timeline daily.

As per below, they are processing applications received on 1st March so this should take 5-6 days max.
