interview for hsmp entry clearance(urgent help please1!!!!)

Hi,
I have got HSMP approval letter from UK and had applied for entry clearance in India.
I had applied in January. The integra screening was verified by my company as required. The visa office have invited me for an interview. I would like to know what are the questions asked at the interview. Do I need to carry any documents with me for the interview?
What is the basis of rejection after the interview?

Kindly post your replies as this would be very helpful.

Hi,

Carry all the original documents you didn't submit along with the EC application.

Which BHC did you apply?

Are specific reason for interview mentioned?

How did you get the info about the interview? did they call you or mail you?

Hi,
I had submitted all the original documents with the application. Do i need to carry anything specific?

I had applied from Mumbai.
No specific reason was mentioned for the interview. I recieved information regarding interview when I rang to check the status of the application.

whether the status on the VFS website is updated.... and it shows call for interview?????

or directly you called vfs or BHC and came to know you are invited for interview...

I had checked the website and then clarified by enquiring over the phone.
The website status mentioned to ring them up for an appointment. The BHC saisd to collect the interview letter from the pune visa office where I had submitted my application and then ring them up for an appointment.

Hope this answers the query.

Is there anything to be worried of?

Although I haven't gone through the UK visa interview process but I think you don't need to worry about this. I have expereice of US counsalate interview for H1B visa.

Just keep in mind whatever question they ask you should answer honestly with confidence. Visa officer will be asking questions on the information you have filled in application form e.g. In which college you studied, what is you current employer name, address etc. Also prepare for accomodation related arrangement related question.

I am also in the same state as yours.
I applied from VFS-Pune on Jan 9th and today I got to know from BHC that I have to attend an interview. The VFS people are not aware of that still.
When is your interview and do u have any doubts that U made a mistake that u are being called for interview now.

I called the BHC people and found that I have to attend a n interview.
My Interview is scheduled on Feb 7th.
I am not sure if this is happening with VFS-Pune people.
But the lady who has arranged my docs is not that efficient and that may have caused the Documents i submitted to be somewhat confusing.
I am doubting of the following things in my application.

1) They missed my middle name in the HSMP approval letter. still applied with the same letter.
2)My immovable property documents are in regional language , But submitted the CA letter and a document evaluating the lands by some genuine organisation.
3)Has shown Hotel booking as a proof of accomodation(Booked for 20 days). Will they ask any questions in this area.
4)Recently I took a home loan (only Dec bank statement shows up the EMI ) but didn't submit any proof of the House documents.
5) Has shown the liquids funds as LIC deposits(on My name as well as parents).
6) Any questions related to Job profile.. Submitted the CV and some Job openings.

when did u applied and from where please post your timelines...

.... and when did u called there did u came to know or any clue that why you are called for interview

The visa was refused due to different documents of income tax submitted to visa office.Could I apply for any other visa as in working holiday makers or student visa. please help

If you could clarify any further it will help other members to understand your case.

Why do you need to submit different documents of income tax submitted to visa office ?

Why do not you fight for this injustice if you believe that you are right ?

WHy do you want to apply for WHM ?. If you could qualify for HSMP.
If the reason for rejection is because just unintentional mistakes then go for appeal and submit new applicaiton, you will certainly get approval. Given that you have got approval for your HMSP ??

Dont worr.y UK Visa interview wont be as strict as US visa interview

all they will check is whether the information provided by you in the application are genuine or not thats it. For that they will ask some simple questions based on what you filled in the form and evidence you provided

I believe that you have applied for UK Visa from Pune and you had been called for interview at BHC.
