STUCK IN REGISTERING AT A COMMERCIAL PARTNER SITE.

Good Morning everyone,

I would really appreciate if someone would help in the Registering at commercial partner a site you must register after booking an appointment. I am almost done with filling the online application process , however am stuck in adding an applicant as a group list.
What I mean is that your required to add personal information about the applicant and GWF Number generated after paying, I've done that but a red warning comes up stating that if your traveling with kids it's mandatory to have each person in registered the same group.
There is an add an applicant just beneath , I click on it and it generates a section to add other applicants personal details.once I enter the Same GWF used for the applicant (That's the only GWF no I've got cos it's kids &dad.) it shows that an application has already been registered with the same GWF.

MY Question is
Where could I be possible be going wrong?
Was I meant to fill an online application every child to generate its own GWF?
Anyone else gone through that and how did you tackle it.
