inviting my 15 years old nephew

Hi every one,

please I need your help in the following:
I would like to invite my nephew to come to visit me for 4 week and I am wondering what documents Do we need to send to the British consulate to get a visitor visa.

I will be responsible about every thing financially during her stay.
