From H1B to Marriage Visa

Greetings,

Just want to ask, I am currently on an H1B visa but I will get married to my fiancee very soon, and she is a US citizen.

- Will my H1B be changed to Employment Authorization that allows me to work with any company?

- and if so how will that affect my status with the company?
