Renouncing Kenyan citizenship/renunciation in general...

Hello,

I became a citizen of Ireland 3 years ago and for personal reasons, I would prefer just to be an Irish citizen. I'm not exactly sure how to go about it since I have visited the embassies website but there doesn't seem to be any service for renunciation though I do know it's possible through the Kenyan constitution to relinquish your citizenship voluntarily. I contacted them through telephone and they did say they would be in touch soon, but that was last Thursday.

I'm wondering perhaps this embassy here in Dublin doesn't offer such services and I might have to go to London?

Does anyone also have similar renunciation stories and how they went about it?
