How to pay fee difference on in person application

Hi senior members, please guide me how to pay fee difference on in person/ same day application? I applied tier 1 entrepreneur extension and vary to Set LR application on same day service but don't know how to pay the fee difference on same day appointment, so please guide on this, thanks
