@shared8487

hi

i cant share solicitor details, however JR in Ireland is quite different in UK,

Home Office normally offer you to reconsider your case and withdraw JR however in Ireland they are not bother .. and INIS pay a lot of money to top of barrister in Ireland...

also its not like in UK..... as JR now a days goes to Upper Tribunal however in Ireland it goes to High Court and they are not expert in immigration matters as Immigration Tribunal in UK

it involve a lot of cost if you lose the case

process is long as well..... i minimum will take 1 year

at the movement , there are two judge who hear immigration cases in High Court

but i will say dont give up...

during your JR , please make sure dont submit any application in UK etc and make your main residence in Ireland , bec they check every single thing as they have fear to lose case and pay cost.

Hi Malik , i am 29 years old an living in uk with British parents as a international student, my father is thinking of moving to Ireland to use his Eu Treaty Rights and take me with him to apply for my visa. I just need a suggestion that ive herd from Solicitors that it is really difficult and we will just waste our time and money. Can you suggest if we should move to Ireland and exercise these rights even after the Brexit or not? Looking forward to your reply, thanks

HI

If you parents are British National then you will be direct family member, you do not need any solicitor

you can do yourself, i can help and guide you to submit application.

you need to show your bank statement to show that your father transfer money in your account.

Suffest start your own topic and post and then members can help you on the public forum. Tagging onto another members topic with questions isn't fair to the original poster.
