Spouse visa From India

Hello

My wife and and child will be applying for a Spouse and dependant Visa from India

I have some queries which need some proper handling

I am a director for 2 companies

comapany 1- Financial Year- june -june
Company 2-Financial year- Sept-sept

1. can I combine salary income received from from both companies to make up the figures
2. I am a shareholder with company 1 and just the director with company 2

As per Section 9A of FMSE i can combine dividends received but they should be in the same company financial year- for company 1 my salary is £12000 a year however if i take a dividend now which is in march will that count as as income to add on the £12000-cat g or catf

For company my salary is £7000 a year as I am not a shareholder can i combine the £7000 with anther £x amount of dividend taken now in march to show the required income-making me eligible under Cat-C
