NHS surcharge Help!

Hi guys

I wanted to know my wife is on FLR FP ( 10 year parent route )

She is due for her extenstion in 2017 July would we need to pay for NHS Surchage can someone tell us please.

We never paid for it when we applied for flr fp as nhs surchage didnt exist that time

Doesn't matter, it has to be paid now if she is extending. She is NOT exempt from paying it.
