ILR APPLICATION EVIDENCE

Post by ifoghale » Mon Jan 28, 2008 9:54 pm

All i can advise is that you do not need a solicitor to check the evidence you have.

Just gather all the document as stipulated on the form and you will be fine.

The ILR application form and guidance notes makes it pretty clear what evidence you require for your particular application. There are very few, if any, grey areas. You either have the evidence or you don't!

There's no need to pay a $oliciter or legal $ervice to tell you something that you can read for yourself on the form.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.
