call to collect passport !!!

Had my wifes spouse visa immigration appeal hearing on the 18th of January. Judge will allow entry.It will 3 weeks to the day tomorrow and still no letter. How long does it "normally" take to recieve the letter from the judge and for the home office to call my wife to go to a visa application center in Pakistan ?

Has it taken that long for you to appeal? from 2015?
How long did the appeal process take?
My wifes was refused to yesterday 07/02/2017 so if i appeal how long do you think it will take?

you should expect atleast 14-15 motnhs for whole procedre till hearing date.

If you can i would reapply. The appeal process is a JOKE, money making scam £140 for court hearing then to be toldyour on a float list no set time for your hearing just wait around, they can even tell you to come another day

when will my wife get a call to hand her passport to her local application center ?

how long do they usally take to stamp a passport ?

home office have 14 days to appeal tomorrow is there last day what happens if a letter arrives after the 8th saying they want to appeal will i then have to go an upper tribunal ?

my wife handed in her passport on the 13th for her visa stamp but was given no inidcation of when it would be stamped and returned to her, just told her we'll call you when its stamped and ready to collect. anyone know when will that be or once again is it a waiting game.

what were the reasons enter clearance office has refused visa? Can you please share the grounds. It may help others as well.

A friend of mine has similar case and it took 8 weeks embassy send a letter to his wife.

mrs just called 10 minutes ago she got a call to come and collect her a passport

its finaly over i cant believe it

mrs finally got the call to collect her passport today, shes going on monday to collect it just wanted to know the 28 days she has to leave the country it that from when she collects or there choice ?

She will have 30 days to enter the UK from date of visa issue.

No there isn't. She/you will only know once the passport is collected.
