JUDICIAL REVIEW QUERY PLEASE

Hi,
I have a general query. Can Judicial review be filed after 3 months if the spouse visa application is delayed for wrong reason? Thanks

Have they returned you ur passport after the pause email???

Yes, They have returned the passport. Most annoying thing is dont know what is happening. They dont reply at all. Seems like money just taking money and disappear.
