It is blatantly obvious that this is going to have a detrimental effect on the affected HSMP people who were hoping to get through AIT appeal.

HSMP forum's JR is the last and only hope.

It's ironic. I like to think of myself as a "reasonable reader". And yet no matter how I twist the words and phrases around, I find it quite impossible to arrive at the Tribunal's interpretation of HSMP application questions 24.9 & 24.10.

I've spoken, read and written English my entire life. Yet could it be possible I need an English refresher course in my native tongue? :?
