Need your advice.

I am in the UK My current visa is going to expire on 16th May 2016. I got the employer who is going to apply Tier- 2 COS for me on 8th May because Market labour test period will complete on 7th May.

I have below questions-

-How long will it take to get a COS issued by Home office?

- If suppose Home office issued a COS by 9th, 10th or latest by 12th May is there any chance to get a visa application 1 days service appointment before 16th May?

So have you been pre-selected for this position before RLMT??

IF you get a CoS in time, yes you can apply in person IF you can get an appointment but to be honest, you are really cutting it very fine with timings.
