Baby born in UK, can travel on indian passport without visa?

Hello All,

I am in a similar situation - My kid was born in the UK 2 months ago and we need to travel on urgent basis to India. He has his Indian Passport, however we do not have time to apply for the dependent visa here in the UK.

I am on ICT T2 LT visa here in the UK with my wife and other kid.

Question - Can he leave the UK on an Indian Passport without the UK visa and has anyone successfully done it?

If this is possible I plan to apply for his visa from India before bringing him back to the UK.

Yes your child can travel out of the UK without a visa.

Yes you can apply for the child from home country.

I have almost the same query, however need to know if anyone took the kid out of the UK without the visa in real.

I am on ICT T2 visa here in the UK and we were blessed with a baby 3 months ago. We were able to get his Indian passport, however need to visit India on urgent basis and do not have time to apply for the UK visa.

Question - Can the baby leave UK with an Indian passport and no UK visa on it?

I will apply for his UK dependent visa before bringing him back to the UK.

yes baby can leave UK w/o visa and u will have to apply for dependant visa from India to return back

Baby can leave the country as long as he/she has Indian passport.
he/she need visa while coming back.

I did same for my baby.
