Eu treaty rights extended family member

Post by Sahil khan » Sun Apr 23, 2017 6:24 pm

Hi everyone. I applied on 23 june 2016 for extended European family member visa in ireland , on 4th oct 2016 i receive acknowledgment letter nearly 10 months ago i just wondering, what is the success rate in these days? Are they giving visa to this category or not ? And what type visa??. Your reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks

What is your relation to the EU citizen?

And what evidence of dependency did you submit?

HI

almost every Extended family member application normally refused by INIS,

they are delaying to exhaust people, some one is every cleaver in INIS Department ... who told them first delay and then refused....... then same time will take in review ( not appeal) and then again refused ..

extended family member will go in JR ...

will take 2 years

I complain local newspaper and MP.
If you’re not happy with the Home Office’s response, it’s a good idea to contact your local MP. Your MP can find out more about the delay and in some cases can help speed up the visa application.

Prepare as much information as possible - it'll help your MP track down your application. For example, you might need:

important dates - like the date you submitted your application
any reference numbers you've received in letters or over the phone
