Baby during 2 year spouse visa period

Post by tazidle » Tue Jan 29, 2008 10:21 am

i question for you all.
husband is uk born british citizen.
wife is a pakistani national and arrived in uk 4 months on uk spouse visa.

if they have a baby during the 2 year spouse visa period, how can the baby travel to pakistan with them in that period ? will the baby need a passport, or can the baby travel on the mothers passport?

thx.

The baby should have its own British passport. I'm not sure about a Pakistani passport, though.

Yep, baby should have its own British passport and will be able to travel to Pakistan as normal.
