genuine problem need help of experts...........

Post by vineet_44 » Wed Jan 30, 2008 9:35 am

hi, i am planning to apply for HSMP visa.......

My problem is I dont have continuity of my salary slips, I was on leave without pay for three and a half months so for that period i dont have salary slips. My doubt is can we give any 12 months salary slips from the past 15 months or do i need to give in a continuous pattern. For example can i give Jan 07 to March 07 and then from Aug 07 to Dec 07 salary slip or it needs to be from Jan. 07 to Dec. 07.

I meet the points requirement but just in doubt can they reject my application on this ground.

Please help me out.

Payslips should be in continuity.

In your case, you can explain it to them that you were on leave. You will be providing the letter from your organization as well stating that you've been working with them since when..........

So that should clear it.

HSMP Query

Post by Ankitjaiswal » Wed Jan 30, 2008 3:09 pm

Hi All,

I am going to file my application next week. I have all other documents except Last year's IT Return because I missed the return.

I have all the documents to prove my age and qualification. For earnings I have these list of documents:

1) I have 12 months(december 06 - November 07) Salary slips with stamp.
2) I have original Bank statement (december 06 - November 07) covering the 12 months period.
3) I have 2006 Income Tax return (April 2005- March 2006).
4) Also I have this year Original Form 16 (April 06- March 07)

Can you guys please tell me whether these documents are enough to show as earnings or do I need any other document to prove my earnings.

Please help me out.

Thanks & Regards,
Ankit

Hi vineet,
You can submit 12 months payslips from the previous 15 month period . There is absolutely no rule that you should submit them in a contionuos pattern. But as an added documentation to convince the case worker just supply a letter from your employer stating that you were on leave hence you are submitting the payslips in a discontinuol manner...

Anyway best of luck buddy... :D

Carry on ... Hit the HSMP.. :)

AS for I know we should provide 12 CONTINIUOS months from previous 15 months

But break doesnt matter if you can get the points in those remaining 9 months
