Negotiate

I already have an job offer, and already have my work permit.... I am about the have a phone call with the company that hired me to finalize details. I still have to negotiate these details (I know the salary range and that's about it).
I was wondering if anyone could guide me to a website, or have input as to what other benefits or perks I should be looking at while negotiating? What is the standard? Holiday pay? Options? I know it's defferent then in the U.S. (which is where I am from).
