carers allowance - exemption from financial requirement

Hi Guys,

New on this forum, I have applied for spouse visa last week under exemption from financial requirement from Dubai.

My wife receiving following benefits per week.
Child tax credit: £149.03
Carers allowance: £62.10
Housing Benefit: £320.39 (currently in temporary housing from council (two bedroom flat0, homeless acceptance letter granted)
Child benefit: £20.70
Child (Alyan receives):
Disability Living Allowance: £83.10 (was previously £82.30 till April 2017)

My child is going through rare inherited disease which makes life extremely limited and i have attached medical report and doctors letter as well for my visa support, mentioning the urgency to be with my family. Main concern is the Temporary place provided by council, however they have accepted our case and agreed to provide us house as soon as availability.
Earlier in October 2016, my visit visa got rejected. MY wife was living with me since April 2015 after our marriage. due to sons poor condition and development issue we have decided to show him in london and doctors urgently admitted due to unfortunate condition. As per doctors my son is not medically fit to fly back and 24/7 on Spam at home. I am just curious that any such case has anyone gone through. Desperately waiting to get this visa approved. Please give your inputs.
