HSMP decision review

Hi Guys,

My HSMP applicaiton has been rejected.
Reached HO office on 20th Nov 2007.
Got reference number on 27th Nov. 2007.
Got decision email on 28th Jan 2008.

I claimed 95 points but they awarded me 50 only.
They didnt award any point in my income section i.e. 45 points

I want to file a review.

Now I have some questions,
1) should i talk try to email and ask more detail about the decision from caseworker?
2) do i have to send all documents again or just send an application for review?
3) From where i can get information in detail about review?

You need to submit reconsideration form ...by fax ..no need to send all the documents again.
