visit visa appeal logged in ISB

Post by doobyub » Fri Feb 01, 2008 3:01 pm

HI All,

I lodged an appeal in ISB on 22nd Nov 2007. The AIT have still yet to recieve the appeal. Does anyone know how long it takes for the appeal to arrive in the UK. The guide says 8 weeks buts its been >10 weeks now.

Any help appreciated.

Thank You.

Someone i know applied for a visit visa and was refused in july, and they have their appeal hearing in february. So you'll be waiting a long time.

*The AIT aim to hear appeals at the earliest possible date 12 weeks after the appeal was lodged. Please be aware if you lodged your appeal between July and October, due to the increase in numbers of appeals, your appeal is likely to have to wait longer before It can be heard. Answers to Frequently asked Questions (FAQ’s) about appeals can be found on the web site www.ait.gov.uk
