legal status for a Father of an European

Post by khizard » Thu May 11, 2017 2:46 am

I need some advice. I am an non-European citizen and living in Irealand without any status along with my partner who is 10 weeks pregnant. She is European citizen and working in Ireland legally.

Someone can help me to find the way for me to get a legal status in Irealand.

Thanks

Are you currently married to your EU partner?

If you are married I guess you can follow this process - http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/EU+Treaty+Rights

If you are not married and don’t intend to do so you can follow this process - http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/De ... applicants
