Hello,
I have a question about meeting English Language requirement for ILR and I hope you guys can help.
I am applying for ILR in the next few weeks and I would like to know whether I need a letter from NARIC confirming my degree.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from a non-English speaking country. It was taught in English.
I have a certificate from the university confirming the details as well as a separate letter confirming that the degree was taught in English.
These two documents were accepted by Home Office twice as evidence of my English Language requirement - one at the time of entry clearance for spouse visa in July 2012 and on at the time of extension of spouse visa in 2015.
Can I now apply for ILR (in person application) and satisfy English Language requirement on the basis of above mentioned documents and without the need of letter from NARIC?
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thank you
